The popular gay scene and trendy Oxford Street of Darlinghurst is full of coffee shops and colourful people. The area has a strong artsy flavour filled with theatres, writers and actors, filmmakers and young trendies loitering around the many alfresco eateries.

Exclusive Potts Point is the quieter, quality end of Kings Cross Sydney, with plenty of Victorian era terrace homes, art-deco apartments and historic Garden Island.

Woolloomooloo is situated between Sydney city centre and Kings Cross. For a touch of sea air wander along the wooden Finger Wharf at Woolloomooloo Bay and absorb the history of its older style narrow streets. Sydney's art scene is captured here in Artspace, the centre for avant-garde contemporary art exhibition.
